If you find the dolls or accessories you prefer,please send an email and tell us the doll's name
and the accessories' code. Otherwise you can contact our agents in your country.
2, Payment
Payment terms acceptence :We only accept bank transfer ,If the item is available, we will
send you an email with bank information and total charge include shipping fee. We will
arrange manufacture when we get your payment.
3£¬Transportation
Transportation is usually via DHL express, EMS or Air Post, We will finish your order in
30-45 work days.Then we will arrange the shipment and send you an email with express
tracking number within 2 days.About Customs duty on International Orders£¬We don¡¯t
take the responsibility for customs and duty on international orders. Items must be declared
and insured for the full purchase price. If an item is not insured or declared for the full
purchase price, buyer is responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
4£¬Merchandise Damaged In Delivery
For your protection, do not sign for merchandise until you have inspected your product
for damage. If the damaged merchandise is received, keep the original carton the product
arrived in and take the following steps: Express.contact the express service we choose at
your local office for a damage inspection report quickly. Request that Shipper return the
merchandise to the return address on the package or carton. Do not return the product or
merchandise yourself as this may delay your reorder. Shipper will issue you a Damage Call
Tag Number. After receiving this call tag number contact dollzone and we will ask for the
Damage Call Tag Number and issue you a Return Authorization Number. Shipper-Common
Carrier, If a common carrier delivers damaged merchandise to you at the address you requested,
have the driver write down the nature of the damage on the Bill of Lading. Be sure both the
driver and you sign this Bill of Lading. If damage to the merchandise is serious, you should
refuse the delivery. Be sure that the driver has noted the damage in detail, both of you have
signed, and get your customer copy of receipt or Bill of Lading. Contact dollzone for additional
instructions. Dollzone is not responsible for all Not-inspected damage items at time of delivery.
5£¬Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise can be returned to dollzone within 7 days since the day the express
receipt was signed at the receiving address. Certain merchandise may require manufactures
service first before the return is allowed in order to correct the problem. To return your
product or merchandise please contact dollzone immediately.
